Tulsa, Oklahoma-Taking On Our Life Steps (T.O.O.L.S.) Tulsa, presents, "A Black College Tour, An Initial Investment In My Future."  Please refer below for workshops location and dates.

Anita Rechell Vaughn, the President of T.O.O.L.S. Tulsa, expressed a  strong interest in introducing young people to career and college planning as early as middle school.  She believes that we as parents must take the initial step to strategically plan, create avenues of resources and expose our children to various traditional and non-traditional careers.  Ms. Vaughn expressed, "Attending Grambling State University was one of the best decisions made.  Earning a degree opened opportunities to meet and worked with some of the most ambitious persons in various industries."  Kymberly Vaughn-Daniels, the Education Consultant, referred to earning a college-degree to a bird spreading it's wings, it can take you anywhere!
