Why A HBCU?
Historically black colleges have proven themselves a valuable resource in developing young people. T.O.O.L.S. Tulsa, encourages young people to make the initial investment in their future by utilizing leisure time, (SPRING BREAK) touring Historical Black Colleges. Our uniquely designed workshops focus on career and college planning. These interactive workshops will provide each participant the insight to identify their strengths and weakness, become familiar with traditional and non-traditional careers, skill sets, selecting a college, scholarship programs and time management tools.
T.O.O.L.S. Tulsa offer five workshops once a month, uniquely designed for career and college planning. These workshops are available exclusively for T.O.O.L.S. Tulsa HBCU participants.
